有研究显示,使用运下手段举行非药物干预,对男性生殖功效的改善能爆发起劲作用[3]。McPherson等[4]研究发明合理运动不但可以改善睾丸局部微情形、调理激素释放,还能改变生殖细胞的表观遗传修饰,进而有利于子女康健。Wortley等[5]在对男性的研究发明,经由10周的减肥训练营生涯后,男性青少年的体重、体因素显著改善的同时,血清睾酮水平也显著提高。虽然,也有研究发明差别强度、差别类型的运动会对男性雄性激素水平带来差别影响,进而影响生殖系统的康健[6]。因此,本文以运动对男性生殖系统的影响为切入点,通过CNKI、Web of Science、PubMed等数据库对相关文献举行搜索、整理和评估,综述运动对男性生殖功效的干预作用及相关机制,以及探讨差别运动项目与负荷对男性生殖功效的干预效果,循证运动对男性生殖功效的影响,为男性以非药物疗法干预生殖系统康健提供理论指导。
综上所述,恒久中等强度的有氧运动对男性生殖功效的改善具有起劲的干预效果,且已经在各项研究中被证实;而大负荷的力竭运动、恒久高海拔的爬山运动、大负荷的自行车运动则会对男性的生殖功效爆发负面影响。 研究以为,恒久中等强度有氧运动是男性生殖功效干预的最佳选择,运动干预男性生殖功效的机制主要体现在以下方面:1)恒久中等强度有氧运动能显着改善睾酮(T)水平;2)运动关于黄体天生素(LH)与卵泡刺激素(FSH)具有起劲的干预作用;3)恒久中低强度的有氧运动能显着改善男性的精液参数中的各项指标(图1)。 但就现在而言,关于差别的运动项目和运动强度干预男性生殖功效康健详细机制及运动干预男性生殖功效的负荷阈值的相关基础研究仍较量匮乏,仍将作为体医融合配景下以非药物疗法干预男性生殖系统康健的主要理论研究偏向。 参考文献:[1] Irvine DS.
